5 Notes From Indiana-PAW
Five quick things from Indiana-PAW . . .
Appreciation Party Reminder! Just a reminder --
we're holding a small, informal Appreciation Party to thank our
volunteers, foster parents, supporters and animal welfare partners
for their hard work during the past year. If you haven't already,
please take a moment and RSVP to this e-mail, to let us know if
you'd like to attend! The party is going to be held on Saturday,
January 28th, 1 - 4 p.m. (come and leave whenever you like!) at the
Hamilton East Public Library in Fishers. Food, fun and
fellowship!

February 12, 2006, local animal welfare group Paws & Think will
host their third annual Dog Talk Conference. This year, it will
occur at Northview Middle School and will focus on lessons learned
from Hurricane Katrina. Speakers will include folks from the Humane
Society of the United States; Purdue's Animal Behavior Clinic; WIBC
Radio; local Katrina responders; Randy Grim, author of "Quentin: The
Miracle Dog," and more. Tickets cost $65 (though there are discounts
for certain groups). To learn more, visit www.pawsandthink.org

Ask An Indiana-PAW Foster Parent As
part of Indiana-PAW's 2006 goal of growing our flagship program -
our foster roster program - we have launched the "Ask An Indiana-PAW
Foster Parent" program. Through this program, citizens can visit
our website, fill out a simple online form with their questions
about fostering animals, and receive a response within days from
Sandy, Dianne or Karen, three of Indiana-PAW's most seasoned foster
parents.
Thank you for all YOU do for Indiana animals!
