5 Important Notes From Indiana-PAW
Newsletter Meeting This Thursday, October 27th
IPAW is laying the groundwork for a quarterly e-newsletter that
we can send to our volunteers, supporters, and animal welfare
partners, and we welcome your ideas and participation. We
will hold a brainstorming meeting this Thursday, October 27th,
beginning at 7 p.m. The meeting will take place at MCL
Cafeteria in Castleton. During the meeting, we'll select
contributing writers to the newsletter, along with an
editor. In addition, we'll assign responsibilities for the
production of the inaugural e-newsletter. If you're creative and
would like to contribute to the e-newsletter, please attend!
Home 4 The Holidays
Indiana-PAW is proud to have been asked by the Humane
Society of Indianapolis to host a website for Central Indiana's
Home 4 The Holidays adoption campaign, which runs from
November 7th through January 2nd. Take a look at what we've
whipped up:

Indiana-PAW Holiday Home & Garden Party
What if you could spend a nippy November evening with
friends, getting into the holiday spirit, shopping for everyone
on your holiday gift list, eating gourmet pizza, AND helping
homeless Hoosier pets . . . all at the same time? Well, guess
what - you can! You can do all of these things on November
3rd, at the Indiana-PAW Holiday Home & Garden Party! Visit
www.indiana-paw.com to learn more!
New Volunteer Orientation
Just a friendly reminder to those of you who have registered as
new Indiana-PAW volunteers - we need to orient you before we
can put you to work! :-) If you haven't attended a Volunteer
Orientation, please consider attending our next Orientation on
Wednesday, November 9th, from 6 - 7 p.m. at MCL Cafeteria in
Castleton. Visit our website for more information.
Indiana-PAW Speaks To Hundreds Of Children
If it seems Indiana-PAW has been quieter than normal, it's
because we've been busy getting our Speaker Series off the
ground. We've spent the fall preparing programs that our
Education Director, Leslie Cox, will deliver to close to 1,000
elementary aged children between now and the end of the
year. If you have an interest in helping with these programs as
a volunteer, please let us know!
Thank you for all YOU do for Indiana animals!
