Daniel - ADOPTED!
Gender: Male
Breed: Domestic Shorthair Tabby (about 10 lbs.)
Approximate Age: 2 years old
Spay/Neuter Status: Yes, Daniel is neutered!
Vaccinations: Yes, Daniel is current on vaccines including the Feline Leukemia vaccination, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested, has a microchip, and is current on flea prevention. Daniel does have one ear that is different. He had a bad case of ear mites earlier this year that were left untreated by his owner, resulting in a burst blood vessel. Daniel had surgery and some medications to address the problem, and as a result one of his ear curls over now. There is NOTHING wrong with it now, but you will notice it does look different. Different isn't a bad thing though :-)
Housetrained: Yes, Daniel is house-broken!
Compatibility With Other Pets: Daniel has been in a home previously with other cats and gets along okay, he just needs a cat that is around his age or at least still active. Daniel is also okay with dogs, and the only pets he really doesn't like are birds :-)
Personality: Daniel is a wonderful, loving cat that is very affectionate, loves being petted, brushed, and loves getting lots of attention. He really enjoys playing with toys and can be rather amusing to watch. Daniel likes to sit in your lap and be held, and will just sit and purr and purr for you!!!
Ideal Home: Daniel is waiting to find his new guardians that will love him, care for him for life, and always keep him indoors to keep him safe.
To Adopt: If you'd like to adopt Daniel, please contact Countryside Animal Rescue at 765-649-7944, or visit their website online at www.countrysideanimalrescue.org. You will need to fill out an adoption application and return that to Countryside Animal Rescue, and they will then set up a phone interview and a meeting time. An adoption donation for Daniel is $75.
