We've had a number of successes since we launched Indiana-PAW in November of 2004, and we share them here, so our volunteers, foster families, and partners in the animal welfare community and media (i.e., the folks who have helped bring about these successes) can share in our celebration!
- Indiana-PAW Has Educated Thousands Of Hoosiers, Empowering Them To Save Animals' Lives. Indiana-PAW regularly attends community events throughout the State to help inform citizens of what they can do to help Hoosier pets. We also give speeches to schools and community service clubs to teach them about how they can help. Updated May 6th
- Indiana-PAW Has Helped Place Hundreds of Animals Into Permanent & Temporary Homes Through Our Pet Of The Week & Foster Program. Indiana-PAW's "Foster Roster" has provided hundreds of animals with the additional time they need to be adopted. In addition, the "Pet Of The Week" program helps to give visibility to the wide variety of pets looking for new homes. Updated December 24th
- Indiana-PAW Helps Animal Shelters & Rescue Groups Through Our Programs & By Sharing Resources & Information. Indiana-PAW functions as a conduit for information exchange through the hundreds of groups across the State. We also provide volunteers for other agencies. Updated April 6th
- Indiana-PAW Stays Busy With Special Events & Fundraising Designed To Support Our Work. Indiana-PAW is supported 100% by the kind donations of individuals and the fundraisers we perform to bring in the funds necessary to continue our work on behalf of Hoosier pets.
